At the Riekes Center, we focus on achievable and measurable results. Students undergo step-by-step individualized programs that build strength, speed, flexibility and endurance, while preventing injury. Training is tailored to a student’s specific needs to develop neuromuscular coordination and conditioning. The athletic programs rely on evaluations and video-based biomechanical analysis to gauge improvement. Our programs are individually tailored to meet each of our students needs and goals in an atmosphere where all students, goals, and interests are equally important. Our comprehensive approach creates better, more easily coached athletes, stronger team players, and more motivated and confident individuals. As an educational, training, and research and development organization, we’re committed to integrating into our programs the best technologies, highly developed learning theories, and latest advancements in areas such as physiology, nutrition and the mechanics of movement. In addition, our commitment to mentoring young people, along with ongoing research and development of the best instructional methods, form the backbone of our programs.
